With the 16 Handles app, you can:

We receive your order in the store, then swirl your requested flavors and blend any drinks ordered. Our team then freezes your order in a special blast chilller that is designed to keep your soft serve frozen through the delivery process. Toppings are packed fresh in individual containers and kept on the side to maintain the best quality. After your order leaves our shop, the delivery or courier service gets it to you as quickly as possible. When you receive your order, you get to top your sundae however you choose, just like in our shops.

We swirl individual cups of the flavors you choose and bring them to your event (or have them ready for pick-up). After your guests choose their flavor, they move on to an on-site toppings bar we've stocked with your favorite choices, just like at a 16 Handles shop. Once your guests top their sundaes, we've got spoons and napkins waiting for them. Our goal is to bring the 16 Handles selections and experience you love right to your event. 16 Handles team members can stay on for the duration of or for some portion of your event to assist at your discretion.
